Returns and Refunds Policy

At Equipments Industry LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Time Frame: 180 days.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Reason for Return or Exchange
  • Preferred Resolution: Refund or Exchange

Once your request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost. All returns must be shipped using this label.

Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed immediately after inspection.
  • Timing: It may take up to 1 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchange Processing

  • Replacement Shipment: Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
  • Notification: You will receive an email with tracking information once your exchange has been shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
