    Payment and Confirmation

    Failed Delivery:

    If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender ( Equipments & Co) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

    Change of Delivery Address:

    Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at support@equipmentsandco.com or call us at (888) 415-2680.

    Upon receipt of Your Order:

    Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.

    Cancellation of Order:

    We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll provide you with a full refund upon cancellation.
